Product Description:

Rotary plate rotate alternatively with an angle of 180°C or 360°C convenient for the operator to fetch products or inserts in a fixed place, high operate safety and also increase 50% or more efficiency. Standard rotary plate is divided into 2 or 3 position, 4 position or even more, to be more convenient to operate and automatic connect planning, increase output.

The automatic lubricant device of rotary plate, when the plate rotate at a high speed, will generate oil film automatic between the rotary plate and the automatic lubricant plane, which make the rotary plate rotate more stable and fluent as well as extend the life span of the rotary plate. Rotary hydraulic side location use oil tank driving groove with simple structure, precise location. Electric and the pressure co-control the safety protection brake, in the situation of mold opening, it will enhance the protection function of preventing the upper mold from falling, which greatly improve the operating safety.
