Sliding type
Four-column vertical compression mold-locked, vertical injection, Chinese and English version control, screen display, dual proportional pressure, oil flow control, optimized mechanical structure, fluent operation, fast speed.
Sliding and the base plate use nodular cast iron. They are isolated by the steel and have lubricate holes, which reduce the abrasion of the slide plate greatly and have a small transmutation.
Ejector can match different slide plate to use and can free adjust stroke, striping force , ejector operate speed and striping times can preset according to demands.
Single slide plate use the left and right or fore and after reciprocating type slide plate, insert device and fetch device operate outside, high safety for the operators.
Double slide plate with the slide plates move left and right alternatively, one mold injection, the other mold fetch the finished products outside, high operating safety and high efficiency up to 30%-50%.
Diversity oil system design(semi-closed, closed, servo, or high speed injection ) to meet customers’ demands.
