Possesses all of advantages of the thermoplastic machine, can choose the standard type, sliding type and rotary type injection molding machine from the AT, AC, AK series in accordance with the customers’ requirements.
The screw and the hopper special made according to the thermosetting material characters, could work and charge the material normally under low pressure. (50kg/cm3-80kg/cm3)
Unique mold cylinder structure reduce the distance between the working platform and the floor (for AT series, distance between the operating platform and the floor is lower than 1.2m)
Strengthen the injection system, the injection pressure is higher above 20%.
Professional ejection system, insure long using time under high temperature, upper and lower adiabatic plate cut off heating, oil hydraulic cylinder seal, stable oil temperature and long using time.
