Broad Media: How about the development of plastic injection molding machine at home and abroad at present? Compared with foreign machine, what’s the gap between them?

Broad Media: Please talk about your company's product applications in various fields?
Mr Xu: In 2009, Atech develops steadily. We focus on accelerating product innovation and improving the technology on the basis of the existed one. We try our best to be outstanding from domestic counterparts so that they follow the Atech. And we regards auto parts, cell phone accessories and medical accessories as vital service industries, also produce special machine in accordance with customers’ requirements.
In the past half year, Atech’s output has greatly increased. We have built business relationship with enterprises, for example: "Goer Tek Co., Ltd", "Shuanglin Group" etc. Every year, they will purchase place great order from us. Over years, our business has shown good momentum of development. At present, we have set up 18 domestic offices and seven oversea agents, able to discern changes about market demand at any time, satisfy the different needs of customers.

Mr Xu: We have cooperate with our customers for many years and we found out there turns out a common characteristic that has all request high quality of products. To provide them with high-performance injection molding equipment, We purchase the machine parts strictly from the suppliers. We manage to manufacture the machine producing high quality products and deliver it timely. After years of run-in, or the form of equity deepening cooperation, we have established a close strategic partnership, both in quality or delivery fully meet the requirements of the company.
My point is that a good quality result from a good product, but also higher than the product itself. Enterprises desirable to achieve sustainable development can not purely and simply focus only on the product performance. The overall service system which is the most fundamental includes after-sales service, quality, price, delivery date and so on. In fact, the quality could be reflected from the details and from the process.
As for the concrete actions, first of all, we must pay more attention to standardized management: on one hand, carry out the full set of operating standards from parts processing, assembly and testing. Also monitor the entire production process; on the other hand, fully record the production process by the form of text and tables, to ensure accountability to all persons. In the domestic market, the financial crisis, to certain degree, leads plastic machinery industry to a positive direction and the injection molding machine manufacturers accelerate the pace about the application and development of new technologies, which means that those enterprises that rely on low prices and low technical level will no longer have competitive advantages. At the same time, because of the financial crisis, many enterprises are trying to focus on "Cutting Costs". Meanwhile enterprises used to purchase the injection molding machine from foreign company have turned to the domestic market, which provides the domestic competitive manufacturers with business opportunities. As for our company, the financial crisis also contributed to speed up product innovation, especially the use of new technology development to manufacture special machine type, improve the stability of existing technology and make adjustments accordingly.
